TECTOR WOOD
Our non-flamable vapour-permeable oriented strand board (OSB), TECTOR WOOD, is great for realization of wooden buildings.
Our enhanced OSB is a versatile and reliable building material. It offers a range of exceptional qualities, making it ideal for various applications. Firstly, it is non-flammable, ensuring safety and peace of mind. Additionally, it is vapour-permeable, allowing moisture to escape and preventing the buildup of condensation. It is also resistant to water, salt water, and acid pHs, making it suitable for use in various challenging environments. Its hard and rigid nature ensures durability and stability, even under high pressure.
Furthermore, it can be easily combined with our polystyrene filling TECTOR POLYS, which enhances insulation properties.
Lastly, when paired with our non-flammable decorative mixture TECTOR, it can be used both for interior and exterior applications, adding a touch of style and protection to any space.
TECTOR BET
Our protective reinforcing coating against water, salt water and oils used for concrete and masonry, TECTOR BET, is formulated for use in water constructions, bridges, tunnels and other similar projects.
This coating enhances the hardness of concrete and masonry, making them more resistant to sliding abrasion and preventing cracks. Additionally, it reduces dustiness and gives concrete a polished appearance. TECTOR BET also acts as a barrier against the penetration of salt from moist masonry and offers protection against water, salt water, acid pHs, oils, and diesel. It significantly reduces water absorption, thereby extending the lifespan of the concrete.
With a pH level of 11, this coating is mold and mildew-resistant, effectively preventing their growth. It is also vapor-permeable.
The best feature of TECTOR BET is its high fire-resistance, being able to withstand temperatures from -40 °C to 1000 °C.
TECTOR POLYS
Our fireproof vapour-permeable polystyrene, TECTOR POLYS, is a versatile material that can be used for various applications.
It serves as a non-flammable insulation for masonry, floors, and roofs, providing excellent fire protection - it can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 1000 °C (classified to fire class A2). Moreover, it is an ideal choice for insulating (not only) historical buildings, preserving their architectural integrity while improving energy efficiency - it offers exceptional thermal insulation with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.047 W/m.K.
This enhanced polystyrene is not only resistant to water, salt water, acid pHs, oils, and diesel, but it is also effective in preventing the growth of moulds due to its pH of 11. It is vapour permeable with a diffusion resistance factor of 31, making it suitable for wall remediation by draining humidity from the masonry, improving the insulation of existing structures. Furthermore, it resists rodents and pests.
With its hard surface and excellent adhesion, TECTOR POLYS polystyrene can be directly applied to walls, ensuring long-term durability.
It is also an integral component of fire doors and windows, ensuring the safety of buildings. It finds utility in the automotive industry, where it serves as a fireproof insulation material.
TECTOR FIBER
Our fireproof filling, TECTOR FIBER, can serve multiple purposes in various industries.

TECTOR PLASTIC

TECTOR PROOF
TECTOR PROOF is a state-of-the-art protective coating that offers comprehensive reinforcement for wood against fire, water, and rot. This coating is specifically designed for various applications including beams, roof trusses, ceilings, stairs, wooden cladding, and even OSB boards for both interior and exterior use.
When applied, TECTOR PROOF transforms wood into a highly fire-resistant material, capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -40°C to 1000°C. Not only does it increase the wood's reaction to fire class by 1-2 degrees, but it also provides excellent protection against water, saltwater, acid pHs, oils, diesel, and more. Additionally, this coating effectively eliminates the risk of mould, mildew, fungi, and wood pests, ensuring the longevity of the wood.
Moreover, TECTOR PROOF allows for vapor permeability, effectively eliminating moisture within the wood and reinforces the wood's surface at the same time, therefore extends its lifespan.
TECTOR XS & S
The TECTOR XS & S is a specialized interior plaster that not only provides fire resistance but also offers protection against mold and mildew. It serves as an excellent thermal insulator, making it ideal for insulating historical buildings, wooden houses, lofts, and beams.
In addition to its application as interior plaster, it can also be used as a solution for thermal bridging, insulation under floor heating, and as an effective insulant for metal products rated up to
150 °C. It is particularly suitable for electrical appliances, tanks, and refrigeration equipment.
One of its main advantages is its natural appearance, with a fine and very fine grain plaster. Despite its thin thickness of 1-3 mm, it provides enhanced attributes. This interior plaster is nonflammable and highly fire-resistant, with a temperature range of
-40 °C to 150 °C. Furthermore, it acts as a great thermal insulator, with a heat transfer coefficient of 0.05 W/m.K. It also boasts a diffusion resistance factor of 7 and a pH of 11, making it highly resistant to humidity, mold, mildew, and vapor permeable.
Additionally, its surface is very hard and resistant to sliding abrasion.
TECTOR M, L & XL
TECTOR M, L & XL redefine fireproof thermal plaster. Suitable for all building types, it can be applied inside or out on surfaces like PUR foam, polystyrene, and metal beams. With natural plaster finishes from fine to decorative, it seamlessly blends aesthetics and function.
TECTOR M, L & XL offers top-tier fire protection, resisting temperatures from -40°C to 1000°C. It holds the highest A1 and A1fl fire reaction ratings, not only resisting fire but reflecting it for added safety.
This plaster's pH of 11 naturally prevents mould and mildew growth, acting as a mould & mildew killer. Resistant to water, saltwater, and acidic pH levels, it keeps your environment clean and healthy.
With a heat transfer coefficient of just 0.05 W/m·K, TECTOR M, L & XL offers next-gen thermal insulation, promoting energy efficiency. It's also vapor-permeable with a diffusion resistance factor of 7, enhancing building breathability.
TECTOR PLUS
TECTOR PLUS is a thermal insulating coating that is specifically designed for extremely hot surfaces. It can be applied as an insulation for boilers, furnaces, and even withstand the high temperatures of steam pipes. Additionally, it can be used as a component of fireproof insulation for metal structures.
This coating is highly versatile and suitable for both interior and exterior applications when paired with an undercoating. It possesses outstanding attributes, such as being highly fire-resistant, withstanding temperatures ranging from -40°C to 1000°C, and providing excellent thermal insulation properties. When used on high temperature piping, it is capable of lowering the temperature from 500°C to 50°C, which is truly remarkable.
Furthermore, it offers protection against corrosion, humidity resistance, and vapor permeability. With a diffusion resistance factor of 10, it effectively fights against the growth of mold and mildew. Its pH level of 11 also makes it an effective mold and mildew killer.
TECTOR BALLS
TECTOR BALLS thermal and sound insulation boards are an excellent choice for both interior and exterior applications. These boards are made from plastic balls and provide non-flammable sound and heat insulation.
